Problems connecting wireless headphones to my Dualsense controller with aux cord.

Post Body

Hi all,

Im looking for some technical support on what to do with my Dualsense controller, I hope this is a correct sub for my question.

I bought some new XM4 headphones, and I seem to have issues connecting them to my Dualsense controller. When plugging them in via the provided aux cord, I hear no sound, and the PS5 does not recognize anything being plugged in.

I have tried using my old headset, and this seems to work just fine. When I try a different set of wireless headphones, it does not work. Also, when connecting a PS4 controller to my PS5, with my XM4s and the same aux cord, it works just fine. So Im pretty convinced that the problem lies with my Dualsense controller.

Does anyone know what could be causing my problems, and what my next steps should be? Thanks in advance :)
