Irritation better in the winter…?
Post Body

I know that usually winter can make a lot of people with dry eye struggle even more. I’ve noticed that ever since it started getting colder (I live in NYC) and after I am walking outside, my eyes are significantly less irritated. I know that even doing cryotherapy had the same effect on my eyes.

It’s a tough battle when you have MGD so you need warm compresses to loosen up oil, but it always makes my eyes insanely irritated.
