How did you afford your Xiidra?

Xiidra helped me and I had hit my deductible for 2023....but for 2024 I would have to pay $1800 per 90 day supply....I mean it helped me but I'm not sure its $600/month help that I can't just improve with regular OTC drops. A little disappointed that I'll have to stop using it, my right eye is actually not a problem but my left eye will probably sting again eventually if I go off the drop.
