It’s not that I crave a drink or even particularly want one at the moment.

And yet …

My brain is trying to convince me otherwise.

“Does it really matter? It’s been 3 weeks, you’ve proven to yourself you can do it. What difference does it make to go in until February? It’s just random dates anyway.”

Anyone else struggling with this? It suddenly popped up today, and frankly I would have expected it around day 3, not week 3.
