Hey everyone,
Need some advice here.
Went to the Stephan Bodzin event on Nov 25th, and I was unable to get my stuff back from the locker.
I emailed [email protected] and [email protected], tried their socials (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), even messaged the mod here on Reddit. Total silence.
Their phone number on the website is a dead end, but they are active on social media.
Went to the club last Saturday, hoping to talk to someone from management, but I got turned away in a rather rude fashion. I told them I live two and a half hours away and about my disability, but the bouncers/security outside couldn't care less.
I mean I was charged me £17 for the locker, it is not that they made me any favour, and now it feels like a rip-off since I can't get my stuff back two weeks later. One of the items in the locker is something I really need for my disability.
Thinking about reaching out to a lawyer or the police at this point. What would you guys suggest? This is such a frustrating situation and a really poor behaviour from an organisation of their kind.
Regards,
Pietro
