Need help in passing drug test

Can anyone offer any advice on passing a thc drug test? Yeah I know abstaining from thc is the best way but that obviously isn’t going to help me now.
I haven’t smoked in 25 days but bought a drug test from Walmart and it turned positive almost immediately.
I do take adderall for adhd daily and was wondering if that could be playing a factor
