Stomach fucked up from Adderall

I’ve just recently started taking adderall, like half a pill 3 days ago, a 15mg two days ago, and now I’ve taken 30mg today, but I’ve noticed that my stomach is getting fucked up. I’m not eating as much and my stomach has been bubbling a lot recently and cramping. Is this common and if so what can I do to help it
