How long after taking an antipsychotic (prescribed for sleep) will I be able to get high on drugs again?

I only took seroquel for 2 nights prescribed for sleep issues and it apparently takes 1 and a half days to completely leave the system. It’s been 3 days since I took it, and I’m still getting brain zaps (which is common for me with antipsychotics). Usually, I can’t get high if I am still having the brain zaps from an antipsychotic. But shouldn’t I be able to get high since it has left the system? It’s a dopamine antagonist, but I feel like if it’s left the system dopamine should stop being blocked or whatever.
