Effects of all drugs last for days for me (not a good thing)

Both the positive and negative side effects of most drugs last for wayyy longer than they’re supposed to. I feel things like adderall, Xanax, Phenibut, and kratom for days! This makes it hard to tell when withdrawal will start if I’ve been taking something for a while. This is also a bad thing because I have been having a 120 heart rate and constant sweating from only 2g of kratom for a few days now! Caffeine also makes my heart race for a few days even if I just had not even a full cup. Anyone else? Is something wrong with me?
