I used to take wellbutrin for bipolar 2, but I eventually replaced that with weed. I smoke weed daily. My friends and family constantly tell me that I should start taking my meds again because my episodes are still very intense and I have not gotten better at all. I want to get back on my meds, but I'm concerned with mixing these drugs. My heart beats really fast and sometimes I get shortness of breath. My heart rate and shortness of breath symptoms increase whenever I take both wellbutrin and weed, so I am not quite sure what would happen if I were to take those two together.

I did some research and so far I have found that combining these drugs don't usually cause harm, but there was nothing about whether or not I could have a heart attack or struggle to breathe idk. Thats my main concern. Thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
