Switching my prescription from Concerta(Ritalin XR) to adderall XR, have some quick question

Post Body

Will I have a tolerance for the adderall? I was taking 54mg of concerta before. I have 10mg adderall XR right now. Should I just take the one adderall pill and slowly build myself back up?

What are the main differences I would feel?

I like coffee but I can’t mix with concerta cause I get too tired and feel like shit. Does adderall have the same problem?

I’m mostly curious about the tolerance. If they affect the same receptors I would have a tolerance, but if they don’t I wouldn’t I think in theory right? But I don’t know if they do or if it even works that way
