Caffeine is itself, a drug right? I read how people on the r/energydrinks subreddit feel like they are on crack sometimes after they drink a Monster or something or feel like they are disassociating so they don't drink them anymore. I have seen people drink coffee with their cigarettes or post pics of their empty Monster cans with their nic vapes and THC pens. Is caffeine actually seen as a drug that gives you euphoria like other drugs such as weed. I have felt "randomly excited" before after taking espresso shots but idk if it was indirect or placebo. Might have been satirical, but I have read about straight people getting gay thoughts after drinking energy drinks lol
Caffeine is probably the addiction I've had the most trouble kicking.
It's just so cheap, available, accepted and effective.
"Sorry I'm an asshole I'm withdrawing rn" is a whole genre of mug/shirt/sticker slogans.
So yes absolutely you can get high. It's also a great combination drug.
If you use opiates especially you should probably be chugging.
Feels good and counteracts a good deal of the constipation.
Weed too.
