Have 6 tec 3 (300mg acetaminophen 15mg caffeine 30mg codeine phosphate) for a total dose of 180 mg codiene. I am at a very light body weight around 135lbs and heard codiene was a good first opiate to try. I have lifeguard global incase of overdose(not too worried about with low dose) but not sure if I should add more codiene or if I should keep it the same. The reason I’m asking is because I can only find reccomended medical doses and no recreational doses also give me some recs to do while high on them I usually just dance on psychs or weed
