Left acid and weed in a uber should I be worried?

I had some tabs and a couple jays and I set them down on the car seat but I just realized that I never picked them back up. The Uber wasn’t in my name which is why I’m mostly worried. And the biggest problem is that it was my brother’s Uber account. I feel really fucked because I don’t want my brother to know that I had drugs and I also really want them back but I don’t think I should message the driver and ask for my stuff back worried he might call the cops.
