They will say things like minumum order value, and always withhold things, so usually quote you the price, then deliver charge, then some form of refundable retainer given back after successful delivery and then they will even say things like oh we need to reprocess the order, it expired, or we need x amount to get from the supplier... Like i said, i knew it was off from the second go, but i entertained to see how they work.

It is money i didnt have to lose and straight suicidal now...
