What do you think of this psych combo? I think, after 17 years of trying, we finally landed on a winner combo

Post Body

I think that after more than 15 years of battling bipolar disorder, anxiety, and ADHD, we've finally landed on a med combo that works. I'm prescribed Cymbalta (SNRI), Strattera (NRI), Wellbutrin (NDRI), and once a week Spravato (esketamine). Since starting the Wellbutrin two weeks ago, I've seen massive improvement. I don't feel like I'm constantly fighting with my mood anymore. I don't feel high, just generally healthy and positive. I'm listening to music again, my apartment is getting cleaner, I applied to go to college to finish my degree, and suicide isn't constantly in the back of my mind.
