Tips for passing a urine drug test quickly?

Post Body

I'm a 52 kilograms (114 pounds), 170 centimeters(5 foot 7 inches) female, and I am 28 years old. I have been smoking cannabis on and off for 14 years. Before I quit 3 weeks ago, I smoked weed only moderately, on average 1-3 times a week, sometimes a bit more, but always very small amounts, out of a pipe. Usually took me close to two weeks to finish an entire gram. The last 2 grams that I smoked were homegrown and pretty low quality. In December, I did smoke nearly daily for a couple of weeks(of the low quality weed). I quit smoking completely almost 22 days ago, and just found out that I need to take a urine drug test in 10 days time. The last time I had to take a drug test, I tested positive after about 28 days of not smoking, so I'm pretty nervous about the outcome.

I will be in a pretty difficult position if I am unable to pass this test, as I will not be able to receive my sick leave benefits or access to mental health care (my country does not give access to mental health care without a clean drug test). It will be a urine test in a laboratory, and the results must be submitted by the 17th of this month. I have regular access to a sauna, so I plan on just drinking a bunch of water, working out like crazy, and going to sauna religiously this week and next week. I have started ingesting powdered activated charcoal mixed with water and also have been considering trying the fruit pectin method. Does anyone have tips to pass this test without a hitch? Do these methods even work? I've been searching online for different methods, but have seen mixed reviews of all of these methods, so I thought I would come here to ask for personal experiences, especially from someone with a similar height, weight, and cannabis usage amount as me. I have never tried any of these methods, and it is very important that everything goes smoothly and that my urine will not be flagged for tampering.

In my country, you can drink alcohol daily, and be a full-blown alcoholic and still have access to mental healthcare, but I smoke a couple times a week and in the governments eyes I am an addict. Make it make sense?! I am very healthy, practice yoga on a daily basis, I don't smoke tobacco or even drink caffeine, besides green tea. I drink alcohol at most once a month, very rarely I might take drugs that have been offered to me by friends at parties. The government and healthcare providers consider drug use as a choice, which I suppose in my case it is, but I know many people who struggle with addiction who have no access to care and just have to suffer in silence. The do have the chance to go to rehabilitation centers, but must pass at least three drug tests in order to qualify for a visit to a psychiatrist. Many of my friends straight up have had to lie to their healthcare providers in order to get the help they need (they don't usually test people, unless they have a history of drug use in their medical records).

As someone with diagnosed ADHD, smoking cannabis on a somewhat regular basis has been very helpful in reducing my symptoms and allowing for emotional release, which is something that I struggle with. I tend to over-think A LOT and because of this struggle to feel my emotions fully and especially to cry. I decided to quit smoking so I can learn to regulate my emotions on my own and also because I knew I would have to quit eventually in order to get the help I need. I can't even get my ADHD medication without first passing a drug test.. I had a feeling I should quit smoking, without any real reason except my gut was telling me to. I'm happy I listened to my intuition, I just have to hope that there has been enough time for my body to clear. Wish me luck🤞
