Why dose one of my pupils dilate more that the other

Whenever I do mdma or 2cb or just anything along those lines my pupils dilate but ones bigger than the other this can last till the end of the following day sometimes but other times won’t.i did 2cb last Saturday and this happened along with a verry bad headache,i usually would think much of it but my friend was saying that it’s probably not good.
