Does anybody know why pms hydromorphone 8mgs would be formulated any differently then apotex/ Purdue makes their hydromorphone 8’s? Apo/purdue are in the shape of shields and pms are little circles. I’m a safe supply patient and switched to prescribed pms from buying apo’s and have found there’s lots of what looks like filler left over and I haven’t had any effect from them at all yet so I’m wondering if they’re formulated differently to stop them from being altered? I tried to get my pharmacy to order in apo brand but they told me to kick rocks and all other pharmacies in the area have pms as well. Has anyone else noticed anything similar or learned anything about how best to turn pms to something water soluble?
