I have been consistently smoking for over 2 years now, one of the things I never got was how can this be an anxiety reliever. It’s nothing like alcohol where I genuinely don’t give a single shit about anyone’s thoughts or opinions on me or the future or how everything in my life is failing constantly. Weed however, that shit makes me think about all of that way too much for comfort. I’ve mentioned this to my friends who are also heavy users and they looked confused at this fact. It honestly pisses me the fuck off cause weed is the only thing I can consistently do without extreme damage and I probably ain’t ever gonna be sober cause life is way too monotonous and shitty to care about being sober for my health or whatever. Mixing adderall with weed tends to curb the racing thoughts of bullshit paranoia and existential thinking, it like makes it feel like the perfect drug but I don’t consistently have addy cause I’m not prescribed it so can’t really do that. I will say though weed does tend to curb depressive episodes cause I just end up forgetting what was making me want to kill myself lmfao. Back on topic though, is weed just not for me or should I just start buying cbd products and take them before I smoke? I’ve heard high thc content can cause anxiety so idk could be worth a shot to get some cbd on them cannabinoid receptors instead of just straight thc.
