i use concerta for my adhd and two days ago i relapsed after not using for 3 months but it was some xan i got from a friend. and like 3-4 hours ago i was just craving so bad just anything and i got my concerta 36mg and first took mby 4 i dont know and then 2-4 more 20 min later again and like 15 mins ago i took 3 more but ive been feeling a little nauseous so i googled and apparently ppl commonly od on adhd meds by just taking dobble their dose idk man, i feel ok except im nauseous and a little anxious in case i where to have a seizure or go into a coma and its 4am and nobodys awake. but also just by searching there where mixed answers but im asking here just in case. so it was like anywhere from 200-500mg of metylfenidate maybe. i have done selv research for the past long time idk thirty- fortyfive min. its hard to find answers to exactly what im asking and my fingers are cold and shaky and im writing so weirdly. i just really want to know if im safe to drink water and go to bed, or just throw it up and then drink water and go to bed or if this is very urgent and i need to call an ambulance or something. my mouth if dry tho i have had a bunch of water and nothing is really coming up when i lean over the toilet. i just read some more on the psychonaut wiki about concerta dosing and 60mg oraly at a time is a high dose? so im like half dead or? and i read about harm reduction and yeah should've read about dosing before but i had cravings in the moment and if you're an addict you get that. pls dont remove this post i have done research and i genuinely need fast help
