First day sober from meth and coke any advice on how to actually try and just stay sober for literally just one week so I can make it to the second week.

So this is my second time getting sober. (I relapsed back in early October, also was sober for 2 and a half years before relapse) and it’s been non stop of getting high. I really just need any advice on this first day especially. Will also keep yall updated but just flushed everything I had 55 minutes and already regretting and getting agitated.
