I did just about 230mg through 10 hours and then didnt sleep for next 2 days thats normal i guess.

But 20 hours after last dose i got some type of attack - i looked at my hand that was tingling and the tingly effect got into my whole body in a second and i was in shock and laid on bed while my heart started beating about 150bpm for 10 seconds hard as fuck. -> that gave me anxiety for rest of the night

2 hours after this attack i took few Gs of L-cittruline to help with vasoconstriction (it didnt helped still had stim dick) and then it happened again my heart started beating out of my body so hard and fast all i could to was just lay on bed while shaking trying to slow my heart with breath work. I could feel all my veins pulsating in my hands in tip of my ear and even inside my head.

This incident boosted my anxiety so much that for the rest of the night i was just doing deep breath in and out to calm myself and i had to hold my breath few times to slow down my heart rate because i was afraid of it happened again. LIKE WTF WHY WAS THIS HAPPENING? Should i just not do meth and stick to mdma?
