Did a dumb thing need advice

So yesterday over the course of 12 hrs took 140mg addy. Took 50mg trazodone, 0.1mg clonidine, and magnesium to sleep. I think I slept from 12am-7am? Very dumb move on my part.
I feel like absolute trash today (feel hungover honestly - I was expecting to feel tired but surprised at the weird feeling in my head idk how to explain).
Would 20mg help reduce some of the hangover? Iām not trying to use high doses again for a long while.
Or would 20mg simply prolong the hangover?
