Hey, first of all, I live in Czech Republic and english is not my native language so sorry for any errors... I really need help or some advice with my situation. Last year (2024) I was heavily addicted to benzos. (I need to say that I turned 18 in september) i was taking it every single day from january till april. In aproximate i tool around 10mg when i woke up to school, in school around 6mg and when i needed to pass out in the evening i tool another 10mg. I was a zombie, lost all of my friends and did really strange things. I decided to get sober on cold turkey on 1st of april. One week later i got an epileptic attack and went to hospital. I was sober till this december when I took xanax again, blacked out and really was sad that I took it... Now I am one month and 16 days sober but I am in so much pain, I can't get out of my bed, I am in heavy chest pains all day and cant sleep. I need it so much, but I cant. Please, give me advice. I really dont want to go to a psycho hospital tho. Bare that in mind. Once again, sorry for my english... and have a nice day.
