How do i tell the difference between cubensis and semilanceata shrooms?

I got some shrooms for free and he didnt tell me which shrooms they are, and apparently both of these have a different dosage? Like cub. Has max 3g and sem. Has 2g ? Is there a difference between both of them? Cuz both look very similar and im slightly confused (its my first time taking shrooms be nice😭) it doesnt matter that much but i just wanna know which type i got
