i have really bad social anxiety

all people that i know says that im really charismatic and interesting to talk to but if i don’t know someone well i seem awkward, rude and indifferent to them

i planned a date with a really cute girl next week

im really nervous and i probably will fuck it up

should i take some xanax? maybe a quarter? i never took it before but i have it. i don’t remember where from though

only time i took any benzos before was in psych ward where they were giving me diazepam for 3 days and i was just sleeping the whole time. i took my meds in the morning, went to sleep, woke up at afternoon, took my meds, went to sleep again, cycle repeats. i didn’t even eat anything, i probably was sleeping like 23 hours a day. that was weird.
