Switching back from sublingual to oral Adderall XR use. Feels bad man. What do I do?

Post Body

So this week I made the jump from sublingual back to oral route of administration for my Adderall XR. I did sublingual use daily for a few weeks because of high stress, high demand academic work with a ridiculously early deadline, and I needed it to pack a punch so I could flawlessly zoom through it. A few days ago I started taking it orally, and damn, it just feels like depression.

I feel worn, exhausted, and just dead. I feel like I'm constantly in a state of Stone Temple Pilots' "Creep," and I'm considering switching back for the time being. I don't know if there's any (preferably healthy and safe) alternatives I could do that could still give me that boost while my brain tries to rebalance itself. I don't know if I just have to go through the process. What the hell should I do?
