how long does your amphetamine / adderall high last?

i can honestly take anywehre from 125mg-200mg or so and sometimes it feels like it only lasts about 2/3 of the day, but then sometimes its like 3 days???? ive tried to search but i honestly havent found anyone else saying the same thing? maybe its just me, i also have adhd so i take more adderall that most people would, i think. idk, lmk :-)
