hi, so here is my problem, i’m neurodivergent for sure but not sure about being adhd yet, i started getting diagnosed. what makes me think so is that i do auto-medication with cocaine and speed in order to feel functional i have to use them to study do my to do lists etc it’s not even recreative and if i don’t do them i won’t be able to function so i was wondering whether this could be a sign of adhd
