Hey, I was gonna post the whole story but ill make it quick cause i really just want an answer.

Ive been on a vyvanse/mdma binge and using xanax mostly for sleep but also for stim anxiety.

I took 4.5mg over 3 days, my best estime is day 1: 2mg day 2: 1.5mg day 3: 1mg.

Today i took 0.5mg for vyvanse anxiety, and all it did was make me lethargic and a little loopier/sleepier. Is that because of tolerance?

My plan was to take about 1mg tonight to sleep and end the binge.

Im worried ill enter benzo withdrawal or anxiety rebound tomorrow, and that i might need more than 1mg tonight, making that withdrawal even worse.

Im a benzo noob so im probably overthinking things, it wasnt that much, right?
