Cognition worse after starting Vyvanse

I’m on day 3 of 30mg Vyvanse. So far Instead of feeling benefits to my focus, attention and motivation, I’m feeling the opposite. It’s giving me pretty bad brain fog/mental speed and acuity and a disconnected/flat feeling.
Is this a known reaction and is it known to improve over the adjustment period? Or do people who feel these side effects tend to keep feeling them even after an adjustment period?
