I stopped prozac many times in the past without withdrawal, currently going through a short term use (2 week) benzo withdrawal/rebound and it's been difficult but I was getting better. All of a sudden I'm taking what if it's the prozac withdrawal (quit cold turkey 60mg like 4 months ago). My panic that was subsiding was coming back just thinking of this. I'm reminding myself I quit before in the past no problem and that a lot of people don't have withdrawals and it's known as one of the easiest withdrawals. Then I read scary stories on reddit about Prozac withdrawal. (Sorry if this is annoying I'm just going through it).
But Is this possible? Prozac withdrawal STARTING after 4 months or am I just overthinking it.
