Extreme fear and panic seconds before a seizure
Post Body

When i struggled with alcoholism, i ended up having withdrawal seizures two times before i decided to quit for good. Each time i could see something blinding me, a suddden feel of panic and fear and i ended up screaming for help as i fell and blacked out from the seizures. Was this my body telling me something was very wrong with me? Been sober from alcohol since August, and thought about this just now and made me wonder why i panicked because it's wasn't the vision problem that alarmen me since i sometimes i get aura migraines. The pure horror just came of out of nowhere. Could it also be withdrawal psychosis? I had irrational fears several minutes after waking up. Doing great now luckily. Thanks
