why do i not get addicted to certain hard drugs?

opiods have never been addictive for me, ive done plenty and i just dont understand why i never got addicted like i did with meth? ive done fet percs oxy and was able to recreationally use all in moderation with no urges but i tried meth once and was hooked. this isn’t a brag post just curious why and if anyone relates
