Question! Need help about why my nose bleeds? Despite doing everything right?

So! I solo ski maybe 1x every 2-3 months? Sometimes I go longer.. like once every 5-6 months. I saline rinse before the sesh, and will do it a couple times during as well. Finish with a saline rinse and hot shower (let the steam do it’s thing.) I ALSO hot plate it to get it to a nice powder.

Never do more than 0.5gram in a night.

My nose will still bleed the next day. I don’t get it? What would that reason be? Am I getting a hole? (When I look up each nostril I don’t see one).

I get paranoid that it bleeds bc I’m getting a hole.

What else can I do?
