okay so for the last like 5 months ( im 18 now but started when i was 17) i’ve been taking xanax about 3/4 times a week and when i take it it’s like 3-10mg of xanax each time. most i’ve ever done was a strip of xanax and a strip of diazepam in 1 day.

i recently have been forced into sobriety. probably for my own good but it was by my family after i went home fucked on like 5/6 xans and o the shit and yeh my mum drove me to hospital and shit went down.

since then ( 4 days ago) i have been on a prescription medication of 10mg abilify every morning and 10mg diaz every evening. the last 2 days i have felt like absolute shit. i don’t get high of that diaz ofc and bc my tolerance is so high anyway i feel nothing off those pills.

i’ve been in bed for the last 2 days. shaking, can’t eat, can’t sleep properly, always tired, headaches, fever, i feel boiling and sweaty all the time.

any one else experience something similar? js want to know im not alone i feel like shit
