You know that very distinct feeling when you’re tripping of being watched? Not in an ominous way, like someone’s following you type “being watched”, more like a socially anxious being watched. Paranoid that your (literally regular normal human) behavior mannerisms are weird. A feeling you cannot just ignore. Very intense and uncomfortable. This complex specific feeling is a MAJOR part of every trip for me; one of the distinctive signs of a trip.

Anyway yeah, that exact specific feeling lingered for years after I stayed completely away from psychs. Now I’m just an intensely socially anxious person I guess. Wondering if anyone can relate.

(I’m not trying to make the stuff sound bad, I have a very positive opinion of psychedelics)
