alright hear me out. this may or may not be breaking rule 7. im not asking for any certain identification here, just opinions out of curiosity.

boyfriend works at a correctional facility. today, hes doing a cell search and these guys are smoking something. somehow, he ends up getting a fat fuckin cloud in his face. his mom ended up picking him up and driving him the hour back home because he was way too fucked up to drive.

from what he has... struggled to tell me... his chest hurts like a tight pounding, has a low heartrate, averaging in the 50s (usual resting rate is ~75) with occasional flutters up into the 120s, says his vision is shakey but no other visual effects, INTENSE headache, itchy "skin crawling" sensation. no nausea, no vomiting. i offered food and water and he refused, said he had zero appetite. semi-dilated pupils, mildly responsive to light. he was fairly coherent but it was taking a lot of effort, mildly slurred speech.

and now hes been passed out for like an hour. and having a lot of muscle spasms in his "sleep". im keeping a close eye on him. he is weirdly adamant that its fent. im not gonna argue with him in his current state but lets be fr rn, no its not. his coworkers have him tripping. but im really not sure what it could be. he said it didnt smell like anything besides the electrical shit they use to light things.

im almost leaning towards meth or another stimulant. ive seen him act similarly after crashing out off way too many energy drinks. i dont think he would be able to identify the smell and he certainly cant describe it well. hes not a drug user besides the standard weed alcohol and he got pretty fuckin annoyed with my questioning after a while so this is all i got to work with. he doesnt want to go to a hospital.

hes fine, probably should've gotten medical attention but were past that point now. he is not in any immediate danger, hell live, and if he agrees to go get checked ill take him ofc. im just curious on anyones opinions. may make him take a drug test.

once again, im not asking for a reliable answer on "WHAT DID I TAKE", just opinions on what could cause a similar reaction, especially in a prison setting.
