Buying Mexican adderall, I have some questions

So I just went across to progressive and stupidly bought a rx of something that’s supposed to be 30mg adderall. Well it came in a legit bottle and everything but the pills are just completely blank orange round pills that taste like a b vitamin.
Does anyone else have experience with this? What could I have bought? I put one under my tongue and feel nothing
