Hi, I was using xanax daily between january till april. I would black out everyday on it and still would go to school etc.. One day I went cold turkey on them and few days later I got an epileptic attack. Just know found out that it was the xannies that caused it. And that I am lucky I didnt get a heart attack or basically die. Unfortunately I take them again and fell in the addiction once again. I would like to stop but I am too scared that something would happen. I dont want to visit rehab center, they are really ugly in our country. How should I quit.

PS: I am not an english speaker, I get bad grades in english, dont mind my spelling haha
