How do I dose GHB to make it equivalent to a therapeutic dose of Xywav?

I asked my doctor for Xywav today and he said he’ll think it over and will get back to me next week.
In the meantime, I have some GHB, but I was wondering how I should dose it to get the same effects that Xywav would provide? Basically I want to be put in a deep sleep (I have insomnia and hypersomnia). Not looking for recreational dosing.
