safest way to use xanax?

so recently i got 30 pharma 1mg xans.
i have never tried any drugs besides psychedelics and weed, nothing with serious abuse potential.
i want to avoid developing dependence on them, and am curious how often is safe to recreationally use xanax.
if i moderate my use to 2 or 3 days per week is that safe? i dont plan on long term use, just finishing the 30 i have and then ending the binge.
any advice appreciated 👍
