Pt-141 dosing/timimg

Hey, just had a small question, if I took pt-141 before bed to avoid nausea will I still get the libido effects the following night?

Background: Mixed 1ml bac with 10ml pt-141, took .5ml at 2:30, from about 5 or so on had great erections, no libido changes, very bad nausea with puking on and off until about 8-9pm then it stabilized Would taking 1ml or 1.5ml be a good step up?

Is the nausea worse the first time? Will doses after be better?

I know everyone has different responses, just want to know if the response was normal, and if I would have the libido effects 24hrs later
