Hi guys, 18F, I'm just gonna start off by saying that I am not asking this so that I can go take that amount to go and do something stupid to myself, I'm just curious about how much medikinet XR would be dangerous because I can't find a proper answer online. I don't mean in the sense of the maximum daily dosage, im aware that its 90mg, but what dose would wind up with me in hospital? ( I am currently 42kg at 162cm and I've only just turned 18 this month )

So a little bit of context, I'm 18 F and I've been diagnosed with ADHD for a while now and I've been on medication for it for about a year now, currently been on medikinet XL for a few months and I've recently just had my meds up to 40mg per day. Also some other important info, I have other mental health conditions (OCD, social anxiety, anorexia) and I just started taking sertraline 50mg recently to help with my OCD and anxiety.

Anyways onto my main point, I had a nasty spiral last week and ended up taking 6 more of my adhd meds, alongside the one I'd already taken in the morning with my setraline, so total 280mg of medikinet. I felt such insane euphoria and also what I'm pretty sure was mania, my pupils were blown but aside from that and not being able to sleep, annoying heartbeat going mad, etc, it honestly didn't cause much damage, most of the side effects wore off about 24/48hrs later so it was alright. Don't ask me why I did it because honestly I have no idea, I was just in a bad headspace after some things had happened that day and I needed a distraction. Nothing too serious happened for me to need to go get checked out at a hospital and honestly even if it did, I felt so euphoric that I didn't care if I did just pass away in that moment. But anyways back to the reason why I'm making this post today, I decided that since last time it made me feel so euphoric and at peace, as well as the constant rushing thoughts in my head surprisingly helping me a lot in terms of finally having the courage to actually get help for real this time, that I could hopefully feel that euphoria again if I took the same amount today which is what I did, except just 6 rather than 7 (240mg).

Im not asking if I will be okay from this dosage right now because I know I'll be fine since I did it last week without causing myself serious damage, but I just need to know what the absolute max dosage would be that would cause me to have a fatal overdose with serious problems, so that if I have a lapse in judgement and let my impulsive thoughts convince me to do this again, then I can atleast avoid a trip to the hospital. ONE LAST THING - I AM NOT PROMOTING USING MORE OF YOUR MEDICINE THAN PRESCRIBED ! I I stupid and had a lapse in judgement so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone knows a specific amount that would defo cause me harm, so that if I will have another lapse in judgement , then atleast I will be wary of how much will cause me serious damage so I can avoid 'testing my limits' and ending up in the hospital. This is my first time posting here so please don't be judgy, I just need to know where the line is so that I don't end up crossing it by accident.
