How to get rid of cutting agent(s) insoluble in both water and acetone?

I have acetone washed my speed three times, yet when I make a saline solution for intranasal dosing, a white substance settles at the bottom.
My best guess is talc, but I am in no way certain. Just that it's not the usual caffeine or creatine since they would dissolve in the saline.
If anyone has any tips how I can deal with this, I would be very grateful.
