Getting buzzed off of lidocaine??

so basically, they had to stitch me back into one piece at the ER, and one of the docs was a trainee, and he hit me with like a fuckton of lidocaine, maybe hitting a small vein with it too, i also lost some blood, so the lidocaine hit extra hard, and right after the surgery, I was mildly buzzed with some nice sedation and euphoria. Flipped it with a monster and a nice tasty cig and now I feel like I'm on cloud 9. What the fuck?? I thought you couldn't get geeked off of that, but I that case, wtf am I feeling right now?? Halp
