Been taking 1mg of Clonazepam in the morning and 1mg in the afternoon, for the last 9 months, there was not a total of 3 days in that time, that I used a miligram more than that. I strictly used it to treat my social anxiety and not to abuse it for recreational purposes.

I decided to call quits today and got me some 10mg Diazepams to taper successfully. I already wrote a detailed plan of tapering, therefore dosing for the following 3 weeks and after that, cold turkey the Diazepam.

Anyone experienced on that field, I'll be more than happy if you shared your piece of mind on that procedure. I'm all ears.
