Hydroxyzine tolerance

I am using it for more than a year. Now on 75mg but its sedating effects on sleep doesnt work anymore. Would it be worth to cycle it with other 1st generation antihistamine like benadryl? Dont care about anticholinergic effects. Can it be effective as a sedative or not because of my hydroxyzine tolerance? If so, then i would cycle them.
