A very strange reaction to Tramadol?

A little background -

31M 5’9 140lb.

I’m no stranger to opiates. I’ve tried too many of them for my own good, luckily never securing a steady enough supply to get myself into deep trouble. What was once “every month or so” is now barely ever - if I can even find them (and I don’t go looking.)

The last opiates I used were Codeine, Hydromorphone and O-DSMT. That must have been 9-10 months ago.

However I came across 200mg of prescription Tramadol today. Having experience with both O-DSMT and Tramadol in the past, I felt comfortable starting at 100mg. Long short, I’m now nodding uncomfortably hard and too high to function in any way. I have taken this dose before as well as the equivalent & higher in O-DSMT. Only other substance I took was a 2mg Clonazepam 12 hours ago, and my benzodiazepine tolerance is VERY high.

Would this be considered an adverse reaction? At this point it’s been nearly 3 hours since ingesting the Tramadol. I genuinely can’t tell if I’ve developed an insane sensitivity to the drug or if I just took too high of a dose.

Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated! Not too sure what to make of this, it’s bordering unpleasant at this point!
